Refunds & Returns

1. Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital downloads or software products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., personal care items)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at kimihubllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item is returned used, damaged, or outside the 15-day window, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return entirely.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimihubllc@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kimihubllc@gmail.com.
