2. Non-Returnable Items

- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
If a product listing specifically states that an item is non-returnable, that condition will take precedence.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns, Kimi Hub provides free return shipping. Return instructions will be provided by our support team after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Kimi Hub may cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-product fees may not be refundable unless required by law.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order or fails to accept delivery without contacting us, any refund issued may be reduced by shipping, return handling, carrier, or processing costs incurred by Kimi Hub.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers experiencing an issue with an order are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
