All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

KimiHub currently ships throughout the United States and to selected international destinations.

Product availability, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout based on factors such as destination, shipping method, package weight, and order value.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's system.

Tracking updates may occasionally experience delays while packages are in transit between shipping facilities.


6. Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster fulfillment and product availability, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages delivered on different dates.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by KimiHub.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier transportation delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections or processing
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • High seasonal shipping volumes

8. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Claims must generally be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

We may investigate the issue with the carrier and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the circumstances of the shipment and carrier findings.

Such charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

KimiHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

KimiHub is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
