Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping options may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • KimiHub is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kimihubllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for some expedited or international shipping services.
